RcDirect is the only retail outlet offering a revolutionary trade in program. We will accept your used items as credit toward anything we have access to including items not listed on our site. We accept virtually anything on trade and are happy to give quotes via email.

In order to receive an accurate quote please send the following information to Info@RcDirectOnline.com:

• Manufacturer/Model
• Condition of item. Example, for nitro vehicles how much fuel has been ran through it, for lipo batteries, how many cycles, etc. (this must be accurate because we must receive it before anything is shipped and if its not as described we will return it at customer expense)
• MINIMUM of 3 pictures must accompany anything being considered for trade. Must be of good quality and clear.

We will provide an authorization # to send an item to us and that number must be displayed on the outside of the box. Upon receipt we will inspect the item and send an email confirming we have it in our possession. If everything is as expected we will either issue store credit to your account for the agreed upon price or adjust an invoice for a custom order. If we find the item not as described or if there is a change of heart return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Any items left in our possession for over 90 days without an attempt to resolve will be treated as abandoned and become the property of Rc-Direct. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THE TRADE IN PROGRAM. Please email us if you need any more clarification on this program. 

When we receive items on trade they will either be listed here in the preowned section, on Ebay, or both. We have earned a near perfect reputation on Ebay achieving "Top Rated" status by selling quality new and used items at very affordable prices.
