Occasionally an item may be out of stock and if so it will be listed as such. Other items may be “special order” only and subject to inventory levels at our distributors. These special order items may take anywhere from 3-10 business days beyond our normal shipping time to be mailed out. Any back ordered item is eligible for a full refund if its a normally stocked part. Special order items are eligible for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Kits and vehicles are generally ordered from our distributor as the customer requests which take 72 hours before leaving our location en route to the customer. Certain items are dropshipped from the manufacturer. This especially pertains to items from Redcat Racing and also FastLane Machine at times. In cooperation with these companies they have provided extremely fast order processing times and ever effort is made to get your item out as fast as possible.

We are an authorized dealer and will provide an invoice with every order. This invoice is to serve as proof of purchase when regarding product warranties. ALL WARRANTIES MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER.
